Inspiring the next generation of scientists and engineers is an important part of CNF's mission. Through educational tours, hands-on demonstrations, workshops, special events, and professional development programs, we connect thousands of learners each year with the exciting world of nanoscience and nanotechnology.
From K-12 students and educators to university researchers, industry professionals, and community members, CNF offers opportunities to explore cutting-edge research and technology. Signature programs include our Technology & Characterization at the Nanoscale (CNF TCN) short course, the Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) Program, and Nanooze, our educational publication for young learners.
Over the past year, CNF engaged more than 3,500 participants through tours, outreach events, and educational programming. We welcome opportunities to share our enthusiasm for nanotechnology and invite educators, students, researchers, and community partners to connect with us!
