Cleanroom Closure - Steam Shutdown Week

The CNF cleanroom will close on Tuesday 5/26 at 6 am and will reopen on Friday 5/29 at noon during the annual campus steam shutdown. Some tools may require additional time to become online again. Second floor Duffield Lab spaces and Phillips Hall spaces will be open but there will be no heat or humidity control.
